Engine Under Tray.

I've just done an oil change on my 58 plate A3 1.8 TFSI Sport. It was a particularly easy job to do as I found there was no plastic cover beneath the sump so I could get straight onto the drain plug. There is a cover under the front part of the engine and there are no obvious screw or bolt holes where another cover would be fixed. This will be the first many Audi's I've owned where I haven't had to drop a cover to get at the sump plug.
Is this how it is or is there a cover missing?

IIRC there should be an undertray you can get one from a breakers but I'd imagine a new one wouldn't be expensive, probably less than £50

Thanks for the replies. I have managed to confirm that the under tray I have fitted is correct and nothing is missing. I think they may have changed the tray on the petrol TFSI cars to leave the sump exposed. Maybe to improve oil cooling??
Whatever the reason it certainly makes oil changing a doddle.
Another thing that makes the job easy is the location of the oil filter at the top of the TFSI engine. I was initially a bit concerned that removing the filter in this position would result in a load of dirty oil gushing out all over the engine. When doing an oil change on my TT and previous Audi's I always fit a plastic bag around the filter when removing it to reduce the risk of spillages. No problem here though, the filter completely empties as the engine oil is drained out so no mess at all.
