A6 Mist Washer Jets

Hi all,

So after spending good part of this afternoon clearing out the triple screen washer jets on my car and topping up with screen wash from TPS, wanted to know if we could change them to the mist jets as I find the triple jets waste too much screen wash. I've looked high and low and can only find posts relevant to the A4.

Is it possible we can retrofit it to a 2011 C6?

Parts from a B5 Passat I believe are a direct replacement. I have them on my A3 and they're so much better than the jet type.

Thanks Chris, do you know what the part numbers are? Also are they a direct replacement for the C6? I need the heated ones

Plenty of info on the WWW, there are non-heated and heated versions, the heated units are the dearer ones.

Thanks again Chris! On another note, does anyone know how big the screenwash reservoir is on the A6? I only ask as i wanted to get the right dilution of VAG screenwash.

It's at least 4L from empty I'm sure, dilution rate doesn't have to be exactly correct you know.

Yes definitely more than 3.5 litres, so either 4, 4.3 or 5 litres. I only ask as I poured1 litre of VAG screenwash and topped up water, but seems too strong when used.
