Air Conditioning not making enough cold

I have A/C problems with the A/C on my A3 1.6 TDI 2010
When the car was brand new it produced cold as ice, even without warming up the engine. As soon as I turned it on, it was like Iceland.

Problems started the first time went to maintenance (30.000kms) and came back just lightly cooling the passenger compartment and the fan speed to maximum to compensate for the low cold power (my conclusion). Guys told me they applied a firmware update on the A/C software... bla bla bla

I complained several times at Audi: They did gas load tests, contrast test in the tubes, adjustments to the floodgates and nothing !
I do not know what else to do but it seems to me that some component on the AC in this or any firmware update screwed up the system.

What is certain is that the car quickly cooled and refreshed the compartment throughout the interior in a few minutes , even with up to 45C here in Portugal and now it's a problem in warmer days.

When it makes some fresh air, the fan speed indicator is always high (4 and above) always working ...
Some days it produces warm air initially instead of cold with 27C outside.

The gas was loaded one year ago and even then it was a problem to cool down the compartment.
The warranty is gone and I tried to solve when it was valid, but Audi just didn't fixed it.

Any help / tip to solve this ?
