destinations are memorised in two ways, 'last destinations' - just a list in date order and 'stored in the memory' - searchable alphabetically.

The former is very easy to delete, I can do either individually or all together. There is no option, even greyed out, to delete items stored in the memory.

Ok, I have restored factory setting for the satnav generally and the satnav memory. This has cleared the last destinations memory but made no difference to the stored memory.

What at is a soft key reset and how is it done please?
