Does anyone else need to input their PIN every couple of weeks? I just wonder what triggers the system to request the PIN again at the most inconvenient time! Maybe if the sat nav voice was male it would only need to ask just once.

Good point. Don't use the feature often, but it has asked me a couple of times. Is quite annoying.

I'll have to try a more random approach as I searched the obvious "audi connect pin" before I started the thread. I did find one post suggesting it needed reentry, but not the frequency or what triggers it...yet.

Thanks John. So it might be the proximity of my wife's key (if she's with me), my phone connecting again (phonebook profile) or my own impatience. I think I'll take the opportunity to download the destinations from My Audi permanently to the HDD. Most are petrol stations accepting a certain fuel card close to the motorway so there are a lot of them!
