Kenwood Dnx521dab *security code set*

Hello

I recently bought this for my Golf. My battery died and now the security code set screen keeps coming up everytime it boots up. I've checked the manual.... I've never input a code into it and I've tried lots of random ones.

I'm stumped. It's a brand new unit.

Anyone know if there's a default code or can point me in the right direction?

Thanks for your reply. I contacted the seller and he doesn't know, so I guess my best bet is probably contacting Kenwood. I was thinking their might be a default code or something.

Hi, I had to send it to these guys and they reset the code for £20 and sent it back to me.
