Audi s3 8l Mod advise

Hi Guys

New on here. Just got a Audis s3 8l on a 2000 reg x plate.

My kind boss has given me his car for keeps which he has had since brand new. It has the 210bhp engine.

Mods consist of a remap (not sure to what bhp)
Heavy duty clutch and lastly blistein springs.

Can any one recommend what else i should do to get a little more of a poke? I have heard about forge pipes and so on. Not sure.

Also the haldex has gone wrong. Can anyone advise the best place i can get one at a reasonable price.

welcome to the forum.
how do you know the haldex is faulty. there is an earth cable that breaks and a plug that corrodes, both cheaper than replacement.

I sent my car to a company called four rings in dartford. They have come back to me saying the Haldex controller needs replacing. I have been advised that i should get a second opinion which i am willing to do. However i dont know any other audi specialist.
