Audi Bluetooth no DIS telephone book display

I fitted an Audi bluetooth module to my A3 (8P) 2010 but have never been able to get the DIS to display the telephone book, It just says 'NO ENTRIES'. Everything else works as it should.

Any help would be really appreciated, as I've searched forums & tried everything.

Here's what I have fitted:
Multi function steering wheel
RNSE sat nav unit p/n 8PO 035 193 g
Bluetooth module p/n 8PO 862 335 D
Genuine Audi mic and bluetooth antenna
Wiring Harness
Don't have parking sensors or Bose sound.

Here's the codes I have set:
16 Steering Wheel. 0004042
56 Radio. 0205115 (tried also. 0205715, 0205215)
77 Tel. 0001422
19 Can Gateway has been changed as required to enable telephone.

Steering wheel should be 0004041 as the last digit represents wiper or no rear wiper. 1 = rear wiper present, 0= no rear wiper present.

Telephone should be - 0011402

I assume you can connect OK? Turn the ignition ON then search from your phone? Using passcode 1234 or 0000 when prompted with Audi UHV?

I was about to say that you need 001 and not 000 for the module 77 coding to enable BT hi functionality

I think my car uses different codes to whatever you guys are looking at. Rear wiper = 2 for installed, 1 for not installed

I tried Telephone (77) to 0011402 but the code was not allowed and rejected. Then tried 0001402 which was accepted but the voice commands stopped working. So I'm now back to 0001422.

My phone connects and the code 1234 is accepted. I push the mode button & NO ENTRIES is displayed. I can push the voice button and manually input names and numbers which will then be stored in the head unit but not shown on the DIS. I can accept, talk and end calls with the left scroll button on the steering wheel.

I can't work it out. I know iphones are supposed to work but I will try a different phone. In the meantime any help is appreciated.

Could you post a screenshot of the coding screen for those modules along with the balloon to show the coding?

Was your RNSE retrofitted?

Is module #37 available?

37/56 should have the 7 0205715 ... was this rejected?

I'm fairly sure I enabled it in Can Gateway, it seems to work properly. I couldn't remember about 37/56 coding so I've just been out to the car to change it to your code 0205715 which was accepted. I then disconnected my phone and went through the adaption reset in 77 and reconnected but still the same, NO ENTRIES displayed.

I assumed telephone preparation was for the hard wired phones which is why I had it coded for telephone not installed.
