Thats just the short coding for the abs module, don't think it would help with the alignment of the radar.

Calibration can also be done with a laser pointer unit.
Park the car on a flat parking with 30-50 metet free space in front of car.
Line up 2 object 30-50 meter in front of car that are aligned to the outside of the tires, left and right side.
Now place the laser pointer at the same height as the radar 30-50 meter in front of car, in the middle of the 2 objects.
Point the laser to the small mirror on the radar unit. Go back to the car and adjust the radar head so the reflected laser beam hits the laser pointer unit.
Do this in the evening so you see the laser beam.

A DIY laser level should do the trick.

I have this on my car and when using it I put A LOT of trust in the whole system working properly as can make my 25 mile journey to work effortless. I've seen me hit the motorway and set it at 70 and not have to touch a thing til my turnoff which is about a 20 mile stretch as the car brakes and accelerates on its own and keeps perfect distance from the car in front so bearing all that in mind if you can I'd be taking to Audi to get properly set up, may cost a bit but worth it for peace of mind and the resale value.

Sensor itself ok, bracket got bent and comes up with Active cruise not available, Spoiler and bumper sprung back and just scratched. Should be simple fix but apparently it damaged the heated cover and will not work without it so need this at £250 plus a re-alignment cost,
1986 Coupe quattro, (looks standard but hides 420bhp 20Vt).
    2004 A4 2.5TDi (163bhp) Sport cabriolet. Economy remap to 180bhp.
    2011 A5 Sportback 3.0TDi S-Line manual.

Buy the bracket and then I would at least try the above post first.

If all else fails then take it to Audi.

It is a simple thing to do all you need is a laser lever (£10 ish) and a tape measure to know what the height should be plus a block to set the laser level on.
