    Mine seems to do this, but once the engine reaches temp and then inside the cabin reaches the set temperature the economy goes back up.

    Most motorway runs (over the usual 20miles each way to work and back) return 56-63mpg going 70mph for most of it, which is a massive improvement over the 42mpg my old 407 did so happy with it.

    my golf mk VI 1.6 bmt dsg 7 speed is doing av 37 mpg in town 90% of the driving can anybody advice me what can I do to get it back to 50+
