O2 sensor fault coming up bank 1 sensor 1 code p1030 open circuit malfunction. 02 sensors changed twice still fault code active and Engine light on . Changed Maf , checked fuses all ok . Electrician tested current flow and said that nothing is flowing to ecu from O2 sensor and there is no power to heating circuit bNk 1 sensor 1 .He thinks it might be an ecu problem but I'm not sure as car is late 2007 and not having Any other faults . Car starts fine no smoke , not much rough idle , no misfire , no heavy juddering. He checked all wiring and all was ok and no vacuum leaks either . Could it be ecu fault issue? If it's ecu not picking up current would this be a fixable Any ideas please
