    Job Done thanks to staffop1, bought 58mm Exhaust Clamps from EuroCar Parts cost me £6 car is back to normal, no rumble noise.

    Rumble noise from gear 1-2 then fades off at 3....It's the Exhaust Sleeve which located in the middle of the car.

    I had the exact same problem but with one of the 2 pipes just before the back box (behind the rear wheel). Very grateful to the original poster for the info as it only cost me the price of 2 jubilee clips (they didn't have the clamps in stock). Very cheap and easy fix as the sleeve was still there fortunately.
