    hi all, after changing my airbag module and hopefully soon changing my central control module both will have component protection active on them. does anybody know the price audi charge to remove this, thanks

    Probably 1 hours labour charge.

    Best contacting the dealer direct as it can vary between dealers.

    About £110/h but varies between dealer.

    Some charge the full hour, some charge 30 mins.

    Hi, I have similar problem.. Can anyone recommend a garage around Manchester who can remove component protection.. I have rang two audi dealerships both said they won't do it

    Push dealer harder, this is not answer from them, unless..., which module are you swapping?

    Airbag module.. Which went all of a sudden.. No accidents.. Was just driving and the light came on dash. No comms with module with vcds. I hate audi now as I already spent 2000 in march this year.. Dealer said 900gbp with fitting.. And wouldn't touch anything bought by myself.
