Any one fed up with sitting in a queue having dialled a 0844, 0845, 0870 and 0871 number?

Well here is a little secret for you all.

    http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php

Now, provided the company / number you enter is in this database, then you'll be ok.

If you want to avoid high call charges, enter the 08xx number in the search field and it'll throw out the geographical landline number it is linked to, as you know 01 and 02 numbers and generally included as part of your inclusive mins on you mob contract.

Lets use Sky Tv as an example, normally massive queues, enter SKY in the company search field and you get loads of landling no.s and free fone no.s to dial instead.

I hope this explanation makes sense as it is harder to explain these things in text.

    Ben

I guess with only 44 views, everyone is happy paying over the odds for their phone calls and sitting in queues on 0870 numbers.

I too have used this site for years. It is just that companies are allowed to advertise the one number with the massive queues and high charges, and not the many they will also have that are normal rate and usually without the same queues.

At our work we subscribe to 1899.com - seems to save alot of cash, especially as the MD resides in Spain.

Great news! I also bookmarked it. Except queue to 0870 and other numbers, you have to pay for your call, but I found in your site that you can call to 0800 numbers for free! That is great! From landline always, from software phones and even sometimes from mobiles. However free calls to 0800 numbers from mobiles are new, but the process already started. Orange offers special packages with free access to 0800 numbers, and other UK mobile operators are trying to make agreements on it.
