Do you have to pay for this service? My car will have the tech pack advanced so presumably will have this feature. Just wondering because Tom tom have just asked for £47 for live traffic for a years subscription! Not going to bother as the car will be here shortly.

No I didn't pay but all Audi cars have license for 3 years.

No you don't have to pay, you just need a data connection via RASP or the in car SIM card

whats production date of your car?

did u visit dealer with claim? whats their answer?

whats message do you get after check licence? same as atached photo?

Yep same as me! I've found 3 to be very good so far with coverage pretty much everywhere I've been.

I'm currently having this. When I check the Online traffic data license there is a message stating "Currently the query cannot be processed. Please try again later."

My license hasn't expired - back before it broke the license screen said I was covered up to May 2017.

SIM card still has data and works for the other Audi Connect & WiFi hostpot functions.
