front washers not working

Hi

Can any one help me please, I have a 2005 A6 Avant and my washer motor has stopped working! I can not wash front or rear screens, I have tested the plug at the motor and there is no voltage there, I assume there must be a relay that controls it can anyone tell me were this is, any help would be much appreciated.

First port of call is the fuse and I'm pretty sure there are separate pumps for front and back

Definitely check fuses and get a fault scan done.

One fuse box either end of the dash and one in the boot, on the right hand side but fault scan would tell you whats going on.

Thanks for the prompt replies I have checked all fuses and all are ok, I have a small hand held scanner but I get no fault codes says everything is ok. is there not a relay that controls the washer motor?

Get it scanned with VCDS - look here VWAF User Location Map - VCDS - Google Maps

There are a number of relays below the steering wheel.
