I'm looking to buy some cheap alloys to stick some snow rubber on and put on my B8 Sline that currently has the 18" 5 spokes on it.

Which are the cheapest alloys available? can I use some from a Passat or Octavia? What size/offset should I look for?

Does anyone on here have a set of alloys for sale that would fit for a reasonable price?

    Cheers

You can use any wheel that has a 5x112 pcd but you do need a bore size of 66.6mm and for that reason I suggest looking at smaller B8 alloys or use an online comparison to see what else has 66.6mm bore.

I've got a set of 16 steels on their way from Germany for mine... Here's hoping the seller is right and they'll fit (they're OEM Audi b8 wheels so hopefully!)

I have a set of 17" wheels which came from a B8 SE on which I think they were standard, to swap with my 18" S Line wheels. I think they will be fine and they certainly fit.

Thanks for the replies. Will have to just keep an eye out on the dreaded flebay for a set of original 18s or 17s, much easier than risking a poor fit.
