    Morning all,
looking at retro fitting the genuine Bluetooth to my A6, few questions as usual.
First off, bt module? Various around, with different numbers at the end, any reason?
fitting kit, does any one know of just the loom/mic kit?, seem to be much cheaper separately.
And coding, are the units code locked to chassis? If so, can the code be cleared/re-set with VCDS
Install guide/wiring diagram, anyone seen such a thing?
the collectives thoughts would, again, be much appreciated.

    Hi there, thanks for that,
have seen Chris's guide but that's on an A3 with RNS, the fitting kit is totally different for the 2g MMI.
Im ok with the hardware install, mic-controller-loom run, it's the connections I'm really after plus a supplier for the loom, not sure if Audi do just the loom, if so I doubt it'll be cheap ish.

My guide will show you how to route the mic to the light, you just need a different BT module and loom.

There are usually kits available on ebay but there only seem to be modules atm - AUDI MMI 2G A4 A5 A6 A8 Q7 BLUETOOTH BTA Rsap 4E1862335 SW 4F1910336B | eBay

Keep searching for 'mmi 2g Bluetooth' and you should see a kit appear pretty regularly.

You'll need someone with vcds to enable it however.l

Edit - keep an eye in this seller - http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/m.html?_fr...empoland&rt=nc as he's he one who sells the kit as a whole including wiring and microphone he has none up at the minute but maybe worth a message to him?
