im looking for Bluetooth for my A6 MMI 2G. for two weeks I was using DENSION GATEWAY 500s and im not happy.i have my money back.the problem was every time when I turn ignition on the Bluetooth was disconnect with iphone.i spend £450 but I have my money back and done 700 miles for nothing-just lost fuel money. so my question is;for which Bluetooth I should go and it is in my area??? I don't want to drive again couple hundreds miles. im stay nearly Edinburgh. anyone can help?

fit the oem bluetooth - nothing better imo

expensive yes but it will work in the way you want it to.

You could fit it yourself if you know someone with vcds to code it in afterwards or buy the parts and ask a local audi specialist to fit and code?

ok.thank you. I see this is in Poland so I can speak with seller in polish so maybe he can explain to me how I can to do this myself coz I no idea how to plug.

It's pretty easy, you just plug the harness into the back of the CD player in the glovebox and the route the microphone wire to the over head light.

The seller can advise better and even better if he speaks Polish to help you.

You say you have MMI 2G but in previous posts you have a 58 plate.

Is your car pre-facelift or facelift?

Post a picture and it will be easy to tell.

Okay so you have a prefacelift so the bluetooth kit is correct.

VCDS is what you need, just go into the CAN GATEWAY and enable 77-Telephone, then go into 77-Telephone and change the coding to suit your car.

I just spoke with that guy on the phone. I don't need any code. I already pay for this item. also he will send me all instruction how I can do myself. cheers chris
