Was having a boy racer moment and also thinking about doing this to give that certain look.

Wonder what sort of size would be good without it looking chav?

2cm push, would that be too much?

Having been looking at these 15mm versions....hope the bolt length they supply is appropriately longer?

Yes, I have them on my Golf, and about to fit them on my TT with 19" OEM TTRS Rotors. The spacers are H&R 8mm and 10mm. That will reduce the offset from ET52 to ET42. I could probably go to 12mm or even 15mm, but I'll try this first.

Yes, will do. I'm still undecided which rims to fit though. I've got TTRS 19" Rotors which are 9J ET52 and A6 Le Mans 19" 7-spokes which are 8.5J ET48. I put 245 tyres on 9j ones and 235 on the 8.5j ones to stretch the tyre wall a bit to give a bit or arch clearance for spacing out.

Sorry, I forgot to take the pics of the 8mm/10mm spacers. I've now fitted 10mm/12mm spacers and seem to have some rubbing on the front with 10mm. Very odd. Didn't happen until after a few months. And then only when the car has just been started and still cold. Don't notice it once warmed or at the end of a journey. I was going to fit 15mm all round (got the spacers in my shed waiting) but I think I'll hold off until I find the cause of the rubbing. Nothing strikes out visually...
