    Feel fine actually. A proper scare but my heart problem is an electrical one, the plumbing is all good.

    Despite my nickname of BigCol on here which probably conjours up images of a right fat-git, I'm not a bloater, I keep quite fit, running, walking and cycling and cannot wait to get back out there once i've recovered from the heart surgery.

    Saying that, do you reckon taking the dog out on a 4 mile walk is taking it easy three days after heart surgery? I do.
