Oil pressure on a 1.8t

What should the oil pressure be in a 1.8t 190 bhp I've recently changed the turbo and just wants make sure I'm getting good pressure!! Checked it cold and was getting 62 psi and warm bout 38psi is that good or does the oil pump need changing??

Those figures look fine to me did you check the pressure at tickover?, did you pull the sump off and clear the sludge. You can run flushing oil through the engine but be careful it's extremely thin

The reason I ask is because the car did a turbo! So have the car all back together and running again and thought it best to check the oil pressure to make sure it's as required!

yes I've had the sump off and cleaned back as if it was brand new! flushed the engine! And put the bigger oil filter in replaced the oil feed pipe to the turbo! But wanted to be sure I was getting enough oil pressure! I just don't know what it should be! I'm guessing every car is different depending on mileage condition and servicing??

the only think I can say is the car hs defiantly going better and a lot faster I can now feel the 190bhp
