Hi all not sure if this the correct place to post apologies if not. I have a A5 Sportsback, today I noticed light birds Poo on the off side of the vehicle in between the rear passenger window and front driver window (B Post) this area is coloured black not sure if it's glass or plastic anyway really stubborn to remove and obviously applied to hard resulting in scratching this area Anyone with any suggestions how to fix. The scratches are not deep but quite a few and visible I,m kicking myself for being heavy handed as I say not sure if I need glass/plastic repair ??? Any advice appreciated thanks.

Are they a gloss black finish? Get some rubbing compound like meguairs ultimate compound and a polishing pad. Apply a small amount and rub in a circular motion. That should remove the scratches even if it takes a few go's. Finish with something like autonomy super resin polish
