    Well since I last posted we have sold our flat and moved in with my parents until our new house is built!

    So had no chance for photos but loving having a garage and driveway to clean my car again! Spent all afternoon polishing today so thought some pics would be in order

    Also first pics with the plate holder removed and the front shortened plate fitted. looks much better I think!















    My birthday next month so thinking window tints and if there is money left, rear spacers!

    cheers, forgot to add I re-adjusted the RS6 splitter and refitted it with black screws so it looks even more OEM

    Looking super cool that, is there any issue with smaller plate legally?


    2007 3.0 tdi le mans : Hybrid turbo decat : miltek etc : 330-350 bhp : 450-500lbsft

    Visibility pack. Adaptive xenon, Privacy glass. Bose surround. Dvd nav. Comms pack, led plate lights.
    Miltek, custom map,hybrid turbo, decat improved airflow to intercoolers.

    Nope as long as the Post Code of the maker is on display along with the 'BS' number also..

    Looks absolutely stunning... Having a small crisis as I'm typing this!!!
    How hard is it to remove the number plate surround???

    Agree with all of the above! One thing though, according to the '06 brochure diesels have "Exhaust pipes – twin chrome (downturned on diesel models)". Was that changed on the facelift/later models or did you change them yourself? Looks much better than the downturned ones either way IMO

    Facelift cars got the straightout pipes

    I prefer the down turned ones though but that's personal preference
