No problem,

if the error light flashes on start on start up and compressor runs it suggests the car is lower than dynamic, does it look low on any corner?

you are right to park it tonight in jacking mode and see if it sinks in the morning, if no further sinking and description above is what is happening refurbish the compressor

Ive checked the car and its level but looking boy racer low. Its not however on its bump stops. I could hear the compressor come on and then cut out. Absolutely no lift possible.

So, do you recommend one of your compressor refurb kits or is it worth looking for a reconditioned better quality compressor?

Is the car lower than when you parked it last night? Did it drop?

Very cold weather shows air leaks more clearly, Park at level 3 if it doesn’t sink at level 3 but does sink at level 1 it’s 100% airbag leaking

soapy bubbles on the lower bend of the airbag and park at level 1 to see if bubbles keep forming

I't didn't sink in jacking mode last night. It was just few degrees below 0 celcius degrees. Front right sinks when car is driven and it tries to adjust itself. Then aas flashes yellow light. It's c6 allroad. Seems loke there's problem with moist in valve unit, but the air can get out somehow from the system. So maybe the pilot valve is leaking because pf moist. Where it is located? Somewhere in compressor unit?

hi Samuel, did you park it in dynamic setting and leave it overnight?

try thus and report back, if it doesn’t sink in dynamic then there is no leak, it may be a sensor issue, it’s not common for the valve to cause the car to sink,

report back with car left left parked in dynamic

It was dynamic and jacking mode.

Ok and when you started it in the morning no error light flashing?

if no light flashing then there is no leak, however if car sinks when you drive it’s either a bad level sensor signal or compressor too weak

It begins to flash after driving for a while. Never immediately. Error is 02645 valve unit mechanical failure. I've tried to log the sensor status's, but nothing unusual can be noticed.

What is full error description?

Any corrosion on the 10pin connector to the valve block?

Both obd eleven and vcds. I have to check the corrosion.

No, I dont think that it dropped, and looking at it this evening theres no change.
