Evening Domruff84, having had the exact same issue with mine! My fault was the bag, replaced it and never had an issue again.
Now if your car has had that corner replaced, there must be a leak. Start by looking at the cooper joint from the pipe to the airbag. Washing up liquid and water in a spray bottle and give it a soak around the joint, sorry if this is teaching you to suck eggs.

No not at all, thanks for the advice my next question was going to be if it isn't the bag itself where the leak is, where else could the air escape from? i will try the soap test 2moro and see what I can find.

Hi, use soapy water to check what is leaking, it’s possible it’s the figment if the airbag rather than the airbag itself, there is an o-ring top and bottom, also try soapy water where the airline goes into the rear shock absorber, it’s common for this seal to leak, easy fix just clean and refit

Hi guys, well soap test done and I did find leak! If I could post a picture this would be easier so please excuse the description as am still a newbie to allroads.
At the bottom of the shock absorber where the black air line enters the silver cylinder on the side of that there is a flat spot with a tiny hole! Air is constantly coming through there does this sound right?

Yes that’s the bit, remove the hose, circling and round metal disk, there is a rubber ring round the disc, clean it grease and refit, job done

Ok great thanks for the help, out of interest why is there a small hole in the metal cylinder, I assume the whole thing unscrews from the shock absorber.

The circlip holds it in place, remove circlip then the disc will come out, however there shouldn’t be a hole is it not leaking from the edges? Do you have a photo

No it's not leaking from the edges there is a hole 2-3mm in the centre of the cylinder where it is coming from, I do have a photo, just trying to figure out how to post it on here.

Going very slighly off-topic but having read ths thread, I was standing on the platform at my local railway station and there was a train waiting at the opposite platform. From one of the carriages there was an almost continuous series of clicks and hisses and frequent running of what sounded like an air compressor. It got me wondering if that also has air suspension, has a leaking air bag and therefore needs to run the compressor more often than any of the other carriages did. Perhaps an air compressor recon kit would be useful to railway maintenance workshops too.

    Hi,

I'm quite new here and looks like found what i need now.
I've got problem with 2005 allroad suspension - it was working fine 4-5 weeks ago but then slowly started getting difficult, i mean raising from one level to another up was getting more and more time, finally two weeks ago yellow warning light went off on the dash. After turning the key off and on compressor started again and was ok until change of speed. Now it got to the point that sits at lowest level and when started green level lights are flashing together with yellow warning light on the dash and car is not getting higher ... checked airbags with soapy water and can't see any bubbling there ... compressor is buzzing but don't know if pumps air or not ...
    I need help guys ....
