2 x Audi A6 Black Edition's 2013 ordered...!

Hi all...!

I'm new here, been browsing all the amazing posts, been a great read and a great source of information.

Let me introduce myself, My names Sukh from East London and thought its about time I post a thread too about my new purchase.

Me and my Brother in-law has been looking for a car for a while now, I originally wanted an A4 black edition and he wanted an A6. He calls me up a few weeks ago letting me know he's going to place and order and suggests if I'm serious I should go with him and try and strike a deal for two cars.

We got to the Audi showroom in West London and I must say the service is outstanding, especially compared to other car manufacturers. I took the A4 for a test drive and as amazing as it was it felt slightly small (I'm 6"1) lol. The sales guy suggests I take out his A6 S-Line out for a drive too and wow! I was blown away. It has so many standard features that the A4 doesn't and was a Beaut to drive.

To cut a long story short, after a long but exciting day talking with them we managed to strike a deal!!!!

We walked out ordering not one BUT 2 Audi A6's, Both Black Edition's with those amazing 20" rotor alloys

Both with an April Build and May delivery.

I cannot wait to get my hands on these two baby's!!!! Pics will follow upon delivery.

I have ordered the following which I will be picking up 4 March

A6 2.0 S Line Multitronic Saloon
Phantom black
Heated seats
Elec folding mirrors

You seem v impressed with your test drive. What was your opinion of the Multitronic gear box? I was a bit concerned about how this would compare to a regular auto (I currently have Merc C Class) but it seemed ok on the 30 min test drive that I had

Hi Bmoster,

Congrats!! you've got a great car coming your way and you don't have long to wait. I don't know how I'm going to wait patiently until may lol.

I was the same before I went for the test drive. I had my doubts about the gear box. However, once driving it i loved that your not able to feel the gear changes which makes it a lot smoother to drive. I find that with a regular auto there is always a lag of some sort which can feel jerky at times. Its hard to say from just a test drive but I will do a review of it once i have the car in my hands.

Thanks, haha... The nitty gritty details are all with my Bro in-law (he's good with numbers so left that bit to him).

When it comes to financed cars its hard to explain the deal in words if you know what i mean....but our payments are close to 400 each. We managed to get around 6k deposit contribution on each car.

Congrats on the new purchase, I too have to wait till April/May although hopefully that date will come forward...

I'm waiting for a Black Edition BiTDI in Daytona Grey, Tech Package, Advanced Key, Heated Seats + Mobile Phone Prep High.

I have seen 1 or 2 black edition A6's on the road this year (only in black so far) but they are few and far between, they look awesome though! I cant even find any pictures online...

Blimey! That's almost 80k of car(s) you've got there for that amount a month, how many years is that over?
