    Got given a blue obd cable and downloaded the software KS11-USB off the rosstech website but can't get it to work, anyone know how to set it up please

    Is it a VAG comparable cable or an actual Rosstech interface? Unless it's the real thing it will only work with VCDS-Lite which has very limited capability. You will also need drivers for the 3rd party cable, then you have to test it on a car. You will also need to assign the correct port on your computer. A genuine cable doesn't need 3rd party drivers it works off usb rather than a virtual com port. K11 the software you downloaded isn't compatible
