I've set my account up using my work email address because my Hotmail account wouldn't work for some reason. Now because it's only really supposed to be used for work related issues, such as road closures and any clinical changes to an procedures I've changed my settings on here to not receive any emails, and not subscribe to any threads etc, but I'm still getting emails sent to me every time anyone posts in a topic I've posted in. Is there any way I can turn the emails of indefinitely?

Seems your work email is still registered to your account.

You can change this here - VW AUDI Forum - VWAF

Remember to look for the confirmation email in your inbox to the new address.

I see that the no notification email is ticked but you may need to go into VW AUDI Forum - VWAF and turn all subscriptions off.

Hotmail addresses were banned due to spam but I will check with Stuart if this is still in place. I'm sure if you PM him he may be able to override this for you.

You can PM him using this - https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/p...p?do=newpm&u=1
    Hope this helps.

Changing the settings to receive weekly updates instead of instant didn't work for me on the two occasions I've tried to change it. I still get about 50 VWAF emails a day. My own fault for nattering too much on too many threads I guess.

Hotmail addresses are only banned for new registrations, any existing will still be OK

If any new registration contacts me I can set them up manually using there Hotmail account... genuine people do comment... spammers don't
