Excited already, collected a turbo for my new year upgrades today.
Am also in talks with a diesel injector specialist that hopefully within a couple of months will be offering a reconditioning service on our piezzo injectors and more importantly for me rebuilding with bigger nozzles.
    Watch this space.

    2007 3.0 tdi le mans : Hybrid turbo decat : miltek etc : 330-350 bhp : 450-500lbsft

Visibility pack. Adaptive xenon, Privacy glass. Bose surround. Dvd nav. Comms pack, led plate lights.
Miltek, custom map, hybrid turbo, decat improved airflow to intercoolers.

sounds good, what turbo have you gone for? What power are you looking at once mapped and other bits? Im itching to map my 170 but think that will be as far as I will go, should see 210 would love more. My last car was a 320bhp Astra VXR. Really starting to miss the power that car had but not the build quality lol

I'm hoping for a minimum of 350+ and enough torque to spin the moon lol. I'm using the bv50 housing with rs6 compressor and gtb internals, then injectors/ water/meth. Gutted cat. I'm loving this car but my previous audi was running 450-500 depending on setup. That was quite lively.

Not aware of that one, the most powerful 3.0tdi I know of at present is a A5 in Romania at 380 on original injectors. Got any more info on the Abt one? Injectors are the limiting factor. I have found a supplier in the USA who will custom make a set with 50% more flow but requires my old ones and up to 8 weeks to make them fo £1200. I'm holding out for the UK company to see what they can offer.

Cost is not bad actually, turbo rebuild about 500, water meth 220 I'll fit these. Map tweek 200 and decat by my tuner 200. Maybe second fuel pump 150 i'll fit also. This should see min 350bhp and 700-750 nm. If i can sort the injectors this should raise to near 400bhp 800nm

Yes I did have a b5 with k04 and more. I'm not looking for that level of performance as this is the family runner. Well not until i can afford a stage 3 rs6 v10

After modding mine to 301bhp & 501lbs/ft I found that traction was a problem both clutch and tyres and being fwd I have to be careful this time of year. Keep us all posted on how things are going
