Please Help front wing corrosion

Hiya .
Do you still have the internal bulletin printout
as my mk 5 gti has bubbling front wings and a patch
on the boot lid just under the badge and my local dealer
in Bathgate inch engineering is offering 50% repair on parts
800 for front wings
1600 for boot
1200 quid car has full service history
and lots of new parts about 700 quids worth of
engine management work final out come it was a pipe at the back
of engine causing issues with low pressure not the costly part a had
to buy 375 fuel pressure reg .
so if you could send me a link or copy to the print out
would be excellent.

Will do jim...... this bulletin essentially proves that the liner causes the corrosion??
Or am I completely off course?

Pretty much YES.

Its a design feature and installed new at the factory...............nothing you knew about or could do to change the inevitable.
