Anyone got a Panoramic Sunroof?... Worthwhile?

Thinking I might spec in the panoramic sunroof on the avant.

Does anyone have this? I don't think I've ever had a car with a sunroof so interested to hear if you use it much, I know the UK weather isn't the greatest.

Does it add much extra noise when open and closed? Does anyone know how much weight it adds to the car - might be an issue as it would raise up the center of gravity a fair bit (maybe I'm being a bit daft worrying about that)

I like the idea it would brighten up the interior if I went for the darker S-line spec, however I'd like to be able to totally block off the glass to darken the cabin when I'm trying to get the kids to fall asleep - I saw one on a Q7 in the showroom and it looked like the material cover was opaque and still let in a fair amount of light in when closed - is it the same on the A6?

Would you order again if you had the choice to go back or get something else instead.

i know this is not the same but we have one on our Kia Sorento and it is great, brings in so much light and would never opt not to have one if it was affordable. As i say though, not had Audi Panoramic before

Thanks, unfortunately it looks like my car allowance won't quite stretch to the pano sunroof - maybe next time!
