Does anyone have VCDS in the north west im near bolton but willing to travel, i have a 56 plate a4 cab with a faulty roof , im assuming there will be a code present as tried resetting without any luck , please could someone help me

Are my ears burning? Lol. I'm up in Clitheroe if that suits? I take it it's just a scan you want, which I can help with - still learning the software myself, but scans are no problem.

Just having a search on google for people in northwest with vcds lead/software and I've come across this post

Not really used the forum much, only to look up a couple of issues my dad had with his A4. Anyway, not really needing VCDS yet, but thinking of getting a Skoda Octavia and adding Bluetooth, so would need it enabling. So was only looking just to see if there is anyone in the area, and google search took me straight to someone from the same town!

Thanks for the replys.

Will be ordering a car in next few days, so was only doing a bit of research. Would really like to stretch to a new A4, but don't think my bank account will take the hit! So thinking of a Skoda VRS for 24months, till I can move on to the A4.

But the odd thing with Skoda is you can't have Bluetooth on a new VRS manual in the UK! You can elsewhere in the world and you can if you go DSG. So thinking if it was skoda, a retro fit would have to be done.
