    I believe this is causing me some issues with the air con randomly blowing hot air on the drivers side vent.

    Can anyone advise where it is? It doesn't seem a particularly expensive part so I'm hoping its easily accessable.

    Should have said that I am getting the car scanned to see which one it is, but since its normally the drivers side window blower thats normally the problem I assume only one motor relates to that vent

    Well scan was done today and no fault codes..So he did some things through vcds to reset the flap motors.

    On a 1 hour drive the problem still happened, but did seem to cure itself after a few mins (which it wasn't doing before) so I assume there must be a sticky motor somewhere. Is there anything you can run through the air con system to clean these things?

    The only thing I seen is a air con sanitizer http://www.autoglym.com/enGB/product...Q=FFLH&Range=1

    What a shame about scan...

    Blue = Windscreen+door windows vent

    Green = Front footwells(below dash) + Rear footwells (under front passenger seats)

    Red = Center vents above A/C controls

    Orange = Rear center console + "B" pillar rear vents

    Yellow = Left+Right Dash vents + Indirect ventilation vent (denoted by Yellow star only on "Dual Zone", sealed on "Basic")

    Only other info@present is read SSP 323 (pages 58,64 & 65) carefully, as it states air con unit differs depending in LHD/RHD cars...

    Wow, didn't expect that. So do I need to completely remove the dash to get to that then?

    Not sure how easy that is, but I may get someone to do it for me.

    Thanks
