Good morning everyone. Would just like to thank everyone so far for all the info on the car. As I have just got it, I am certain there are going to be many questions and your help is greatly appreciated.

After going through the menus on the MMI I have found that there is no TPMS but it does ask me how I would like to display pressures (Bar or psi). Does this mean that the Tyre pressure monitoring could be switched on?

Also noticed today that although the car has full leather, there are no heated seats my wife is going to kill me.

Does anyone have any idea how much it would be to retrofit heated leather? front only should be enough.

This VCDS looks like a great tool to have. How much are they?

TPMS will require additional parts... everyone gets that screen in MMI...

VCDS is probably the best, I bought from www.gendan.co.uk cost £270 ish. How soon you recoup £ is down to what you use it for...

With 2009 you should be able to do needle sweep, laptimer, alarm chirp, besides servicing/diags and retro-fits...

Front seat heating looks £££ just to give you idea...

list price for heating elements lower/upper is in region of £300, you will need to replace your front air con controls as you can't buy switch on its own like do front parking sensors which list price again is in excess of £800 (Dual zone the one with LCD screen) excludes other bits...

Another source could be ebay/breakers...
