VW Festival 2012 - Harewood House

It's that time of year again, the birds are chirping, the rain's hammering down and VWFestival is quickly approaching.

Now over 3 days (previously 2) it promises to be yet another amazing weekend.

The theme this year is 'The Beach' - bikini babes and hot hunks <cough> will abound.

There are two areas of camping the family part (lower noise limits/earlier cut off times) and the more vibrant camping.

Prebooked camping has sold out - hopefully someone's booked the sun

6th year of attending this show and was impressed as ever.

There were a couple of stumbling blocks, but nothing ever gets ignored so I'm confident I'll be returning in 2014 (can't go next year due to a prior engagement <sobs>)

seems it is.

Sadly, I seem to have become one of the little people so 2014 will be a year of smaller, more dub-vibe driven shows. It's a crying shame when shows get so big they start to lose sight of what got them there in the first place.
