    During an oil change today I noticed a lot of fine crack in the sump. Do you think that a new sump is required?

    can't see anything, was oil leaking from it, or is it just a casting mark..
    Audi 80 tdi avant with 360,000 miles...

    No oil leaking. I have added another picture, they are more visible in that one.

    its just casting marks, they do look like fine cracks but they are not..
    Audi 80 tdi avant with 360,000 miles...
