Anyone know how to obtain security access code for module 5F? Trying to enable video in motion on a facelift A6. I think I might have the MMI4G which doesn't appear to be supported by tricky77 website

Won’t work with vcds I’m afraid.
Only vag can pro, obd 11 and some of those obd one use dongles that places like kufatec sell.

Facelift cars use the mib systems and Ross tech doesn’t support stuff like vim.
Also it’s something to do with the older cable can only write 128bytes where the new vcds cable can do more.

    Hi All,
I have tried this: 20. Tail lights on with front DRLs.
It has worked for me but:

As soon as I active this option my Trunk Roller Blind (hope you know what I mean) does not open automatically (Normally it opens (goes up) as soon as my Trunk opens.
If I disable Tail light on with front DRLs then everything is ok again.

Any idea what am I doing wrong? (A6 C7 2015 FL)

    Thank you in advance!
    Lukasz

Is there a vcds code or something in the green/ engineering menu to change the mmi display from opening automatically. I'd prefer to leave it closed until I needed it, open with the button. I can see enough info in the dash display for most things. Car is 2015 a6 quattro, nav hi, facelift I think with mib.

    Hi all,

Recently purchased my audi a6 sline ultra. Was just wondering if there is anyone local to Leicester or close by that can activate the tricks on my car.

    Thanks

    Just an interesting fact:

If your "braking guard" (ACC) stops the car with a false, or non false alarm twice during a driving course, then it will show up the annoying "These systems are not available" message and will turn off.

In this case you have to go to the next Audi service to check the system, because they call it as a feature, just to be sure, the system hasen't got any problem due to the emergency braking.

However if you feel, that it's a bug, then you can reset the error codes vith a VCDS, and the system will work again.

Ironicall, this happened to me tonight. Which module will the error be stored?

I'm sorry, I can share the information only - the reset was made in an Audi service. The error message was: "Twice braking in the same cycle". I hope this helps!
