ATTN! A6 c6 owners - help me to help you!

I had an excellent suggestion made to me by gupsterg today saying that we should create a 'c6 need to know/basics/what to check for' for anyone looking to purchase, or view a c6 as there are a fair few of us on here.

I have also noticed and was actually thinking about doing this before it was suggested so why not compile all the information and create one massive thread?

So this is where you all come into play ..

To complete this, i need some pictures of each trim level in both post and pre facelift flavours to include in the guide to show the differences in spec level/ mmi differences, different engines, transmissions and drivetrain.

What i need is -

Pre-facelift

MMI pictures
Control panel of each version, control panel, glovebox contents, and nav drive in the boot if MMI high is fitted - MMI Basic, Basic+ and High

Trim differences - AVANT AND SALOON
SE - 360 degree view of exterior - including front end, rear end, both sides of car and any standard wheels fitted

S Line - As above

Le Mans - As above

Allroad - As above

S6 - As above (if possible)

Interior
SE - Standard interior, cloth/leather, non sports seats, gearstick etc

SLine - As above

Le Mans - As above

Common problems, things to watch out for, must haves etc.

Facelift - AVANT AND SALOON

Everything as above, including xenon with led drl, new taillights with the addition of the RS6 (if possible) and the new MMI 3G, both dvd and HDD. Anything else that is new in the facelift - dials, stalks, headlight switch, wing mirrors.

I will also be including a number of easy VCDS tweaks which I can get from my prefacelift car but I will need screenshots or a list of tweaks from a facelift car.

The brochures that are avaliable from Audi will be hyperlinked to their site will also be included for reference

I've basically thought of this of the top of my head so if theres anything I have missed or needs taken out please let me know below.

Also, if any of you wish to contribute with the pictures I need, please reply below too stating trim level and whether your car is a pre-facelift or facelift car.

After tpying this out, I realise its going to be big thread so I need all the help I can get!

And of course all contributors will be accredited in the thread

I think I still have some pics of my first C6 with MMI High and red DIS. The MMI had a CD/TV button rather than a Media button (it was a September 2005 car). If I can find them, would they be useful?

Is it an SE or S-Line? I have pics from a 2005 S Line courtesy of apole but I don't see a CD/TV button in his pics which would be useful.

I presumed they all would have this Chris, as even my SE with Basic+ has the CD/TV button if you have a gander. Second button down on the left. Lol, I can see now this project really is going to take over your life isn't it.
