    As per the title

whats the best bargain you've managed to get from those cheapy shops.

mine was this weekend, from the poundshop... managed to get a turtle wax hose attachment which should come in handy (until i can afford a gilmour) for those foamy pre-washes

also managed to get a rather chavvish stubby aerial, currently silver, to be sprayed the same colour as my car

I got a REAL chamy leather from Poundland, not the biggest in the world but a good buy... also the 5 litre turtle wax car shampoo is a good buy if they ever have any in... also sponges..

off car topic.... i got a multi Scart socket which was a good buy..... also Burning rubber DVD, (Tiff Neenell) which was worth a watch...

also if i go in there for any thing i always pick up a few tins of SURE deodorant as its 2 for a pound sometimes!!

miss MK5 tends to do our shopping as i got banned from it on my very first solo expedition, She got me as requested from the £1 shop a spray bottle for my alloy wheel cleaner.

I did however manage to get in there once and purchased 1 pack of 5 yellow dusters, 1 pack of 5 lint free cloths, 1 tin WD40, 1 bottle glass cleaner and some other stuff that escapes me just now.

I got one of those ball thrower things for the dog. It goes that far that 'dave' sometimes can't see were the ball has gone and I have to run after it, whats the point in having a dog and barking myself

You may think I'm being helpful yet sarcastic, this is only because I feel I need to help you to help yourself in the future

I bought some little flourescent 12" lights from the poundshop that used to be in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester. I'd been lookin in B&Q etc and seen them at abount £9 each the week before.

I bought 6 of them. I wired 4 of them up together under the kitchen cupboards, 1 went under the stairs.... and i think i've still got 1 somewhere???

Anyway, they look really smart under the kitchen cupboards, and all for a squid each!
