    Golf mk3 fuel flap lockl

I just need the small rubber bellows off a fuel flap lock if anyone has an old lock? The bellows are on the long spike. And are about an inch long!
    Many Thanks David B.

Id be tempted to just grab one on order from a vw, most of the parts are quite reasonably priced from my experience with vw parts so far. I always fit originals now, its less hassle in the long run.

I did have a look for you on my broken MK3 but it's already gone or, more likely, disappeared months ago.

    Hi David,

Sorry to be a bit thick but I'm not sure which bit you mean from your description. Is this a part that can be seen when fuel cap is open? I ask because only bit of rubber I could see was a small button that stops the fuel cap from going clang when you open it.

Is the long spike as you call it the pin that engages with the central locking; therefore part only visible through inside of boot?

No it's the small clear rubber bellows located on the rod and unit, only visable when unit removed. Many Thanks David B.
