Oh so true. But i must say i'm a happy man where i am now. Such a lovely wife with a waistline still. Two grown up lads(one just starting his own little business) living in a beatiful part of the world and with a mortgage that comes to an end at the end of July. Oh yes and cheaper insurance.Living the dream
