Im not 100% as i havent replaced one, if youm take the door card off can you see the catch? there are 2/3 12 point spline bolts that hold the catch to the door panel, you will need to disconnect the wiring plug and in the end of the door there is a small black rubber grommit, remove this and use a torx screwdriver undo the screew this will release the cap on the end of the handle so you can then disconnect the cable that connects to the outside handle, hope this makes sence mate?

Really need help.................. Totally stumped with this!!

I have changed the door catch/lock mechenism and the window regulator/door module with no change to the situation.

Have also checked all the wires carfully in both the inside of the pilar and through the door.

Getting angry now lol Least i have disabled the catch so the door cannot be opened at all from the outside now (just for peice of mind)

    Cheers guys

Check the wires in the drivers door conduit, when these fail it shuts down the rear doors. I did one last week which had eight (yes 8) broken wires in the door conduit.
