    As per the above is it possible to just add the controls and not have to replace the complete steering wheel?

    please not i have not picked up the new car yet so dont have the Non MFSW infront of me to check

    I don't think that will work- too many wires, switches and cutting of leather/foam involved.

    Cheaper to buy MFSW and get coded with the VCDS I would imagine.

    Its possible but its far easier (and probably cheaper) just to replace the entire steering wheel. It'll look a lot neater as well!
