    Hi all,

I'm new to vwaudi forum - I've just bought an 2007 A4 cabriolet, and I've started fitting a Parrot bluetooth system to it's concert radio, I've bought the correct adapter from halfords and installed it, but I need to connect the system to the cars power.

Halfords suggested that I'm best doing it to the fuse box, so I've done a bit of searching and discovered that it's possible to use a 'fuse-tap' also known as a 'Add a Circuit'.

Please can someone advise me if this is the best thing to do, and how to go about it if it is?

    Many thanks in advance!

Buy a repair wire from your dealer (£1) plug this into the rear of the fusebox in an empty slot, add a fuse of the correct rating and away you go. You can extend the repair wire to reach to your destination. thats exactly what I did.

Thanks Issac, I'll give it a go. I hope I'm right in thinking that ground is provided by connecting the parrot system to the cars existing power supply plug ('D' in the diagram on page 4 of this pdf) http://www.parrot.com/fr/support/gui...r-guide_uk.pdf
