It has been decided that we need to drum up some interest for regional meets. For now the main areas will be Nw, Ne, Midlands, Sw & Se.

the idea of this poll is to bring forth those of you who feel you wish to be a part of this, those of you who have the time and the effort to give, to drum up interest in your local area, hand out flyers, sell stickers and get people attending your regional meet(s).

For now, we are 'testing' the water, to see how many takers we have. Once we've got a couple of nominations for each area to look through, i will consult with the team and make a decision.

If you wish to nominate yourself, simply click the relevant vote button, this will log the vote for YOURSELF. if you wish to nominate someone else, please post in here and post the name of the nominee and the area you are nominating them for.

    Now, the boring stuff:
    • This is not a user promotion - you will not have any extra rights or privileges in regards to this forum or any other members.
    • A certain amount of effort will be expected and required, if you are unable to give at least 2 hours a week and attend at least one meeting a month, please do not nominate yourself.
    • As an 'Area Representative' you will be expected to lead by example, no illegal practices, no foul language, loud music or any of the anti social behavior some meets can encourage.
    • I am exempt from these nominations, I will be responsible for bringing the groups together and will chair the monthly meeting.
    • Finally, you may nominate yourself or someone else and you may only do this once.
So lets see your support guys, 15,000 members, im sure we can drum up some interest

i'm the 'chief' of the events.... the area reps will be 'guided' by myself, the aim of this is to alleviate a bit of my workload, with my business growing and my full time job demanding more time, i am going to be unable to sustain my time spent on here..... i've amended the rules.

NW & NE does include Scotland Unless you want a dedicated area? Carl has just split the UK into 5 areas, but we could add seperate areas for Scotland and Wales if required.

I was only kidding with you....

I know you are an extremely busy guy, and your dedication to the site is clearly visable, in the work you have took on so far.

I would nominate myself, but i'm working away in angelsey at the moment and don't have a lot of spare time.
