Hi guys, I recently bought my Audi A6 2006 and I'm looking to update the firmware.
I think I have the 3g but I'm not 100% sure. Got the DVD Nav in the boot, it doesn't have the 2 X SD cards.
If i'm not mistaking the version of the firmware is 5071....I have 5570 on CD but I really don't want to have any problems when updating.
    Any advice?

You have MMI 2G (3G wasn't around in 2006), and you are currently running firmware version 2830 (first 4 digits on the top line). Updating firmware is generally problem-free, but unless you are currently experiencing actual issues there is little real benefit.
