    hi iv got a 96 vento and i have found wheels i love but need to no if i could fit a 15" 7J with 45mm offset on a 15mm spacer/pcd adaptor to my car?

    or can anyone tell me what i can fit mainly looking for offset/rim thickness planin on 15/16" tires would be somthing like 205/50/15 not shure with the 16's

    p.s im prity shure the vento's the same set up as the mk3 golf

    thanks for any help

    The official line is that a 6x15 should be an ET 45 and a 6.5x15 should be an ET43 so I would say ideally a 7x15 would need to be ET40 so you would need a 5-mm spacer. The 4 stud PCD of a Golf a Vento is 4x100 M12.

    smallest i can get is 15mm pcd adaptor and there costum 1's at that aswell from ebay i gess ET is off-set and gess all this means is that no i cant fit classic audi quattro wheels on my vento

    I do not know of a PCD adapter thinner than 15-mm. As they are made of ally they have to be a good 50% thicker than a steel wheel hub. An ET45 with a 15-mm spacer makes ET30 and with a 195 tyre on a 7” rim this may just work with a little clearancing on the arches but it could make the steering feel odd.
