Sharan 2001 fog lights / reversing lights faulty

Hi, the fog lights and the reversing lights have stopped working on my 2001 sharan tdi. the tailgte light and wiper still work. I have a reversing sensor that is wired in the loom by the rear cluster that too, doesnt work.
I have tried disconnecting this and nothing changed, (thinking it may be faulty and overloading the circuit?).
I have removed and checked every fuse and they are ok. The fog light indicator comes on in the dash.
This morning the reversing lights came on for about a minute then failed again!
when i left them last night they were still not working

Is there a relay for these?

ok just an update i have no fault codes..
But i was thinking, the fog lights and reverse lights are related right? for instance if you select reverse the fog lights go out? soooooo if the the reverse switch on the gearbox was faulty this would cause the two not to work? I'm actually thinking when the foglights wern't workin i focused to much on that, where really it's the reverse system thats the problem. Anybody got any idea's........ please????

hi, ok would anybody know where the Rear fog lights, reversing light, rear fog light cut-out contact switch is located?? i've tried finding it on elsawin but the current flow diagrams are not showing!! sheer frustration grrrr
