Boot/trunk battery cover - is there a recess which has a cargo rope mesh for storing items?

Hi all,
Just got myself a A6 4F/C6. Looking to make it that little be nicer to use day to day. Once problem is the boot, I want to keep a handful of items tidy do they aren't rolling all over the place but at the same time to keep them out of the main area of the boot/trunk so I can put in large items.

So my question - the boot/trunk battery cover - is there a recess which has a cargo rope mesh for storing items? That recess there in the below pic on the right covers the battery/tools/fuses under it. I've seen in other cars the cover door but not the A6 C6.

My car has a peice of mesh over that cubby hole making it suitable for storage, if i'm not mistaken, at buil you can order a lockable door for this cubby hole, not sure if that is available as an add on later on though.
